What we collect

Information you give us. Our forms ask for an email address. Some versions of our offer pages also ask for your name, ZIP code, and phone number. We only receive what you type and submit. Nothing on this site asks for a payment card, a Social Security number, a driver’s licence number, or an insurance policy number — if a page ever appears to, do not enter it and contact us.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. When you reach us from an advertisement, the advertising identifiers in the link are recorded so we can tell which campaign sent you. Our host, Cloudflare, also collects aggregate traffic measurements.

Why we collect it

To answer your request and connect you with a repair or vehicle provider; to understand which guides and advertisements are useful; and to detect abuse. We do not use your details to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

When you submit a form, your details may be passed to repair or vehicle providers so they can respond to you. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, including Google (analytics) and Cloudflare (delivery and security). We do not sell your personal information for money.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date you send them. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ own retention period, which is currently 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Write to privacy@autobodyprices.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we honour those requests through the same address.

You can refuse analytics cookies through your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
